Dick Stewart Appointed to PA Board of Law Examiners

Dick Stewart, Chairman of Lawyers Realty, has been appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to a three year term on the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners.  The Board of Law Examiners reviews and recommends changes to bar admission rules, evaluates proposed essay examination questions, sets policy and handles all other bar admission obligations as charged by the Supreme Court.

The Board conducts formal hearings for Applicants receiving an initial denial of their Bar Application for failure to meet character and fitness standards.  Stewart previously served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court.
