Jackie Eakin has been in commercial real estate for over 20 years. Her
extensive resume includes asset management in maximizing economic
return for commercial properties, extensive leasing for in-line
shopping center tenants with national, regional, and “mom-and-pop”
tenants, ground leases, as well as office, office flex, and industrial
leasing.
While
with a development company, Ms. Eakin was involved in a Long Range
Development and Marketing Plan for a public/private relationship for a
400 acre industrial park in
Lancaster
County, a 60 acre mixed-use business park in
Berks
County, and a marketing study for
Juniata
Industrial Park.
As
a local municipal official, Chairman of the Cumberland County Planning
Commission, and 2008 Chairman of Tri-County Regional Planning
Commission, Ms. Eakin has a working knowledge of the land development
process and local municipal zoning and code enforcement tools for long
and short-term commercial property performance expectations.

Eakin is licensed in Pennsylvania and Arizona, certified in Management
II and Advanced Leasing with the International Council of Shopping
Centers, and has been recognized in Harrisburg Magazine, Women in
Business Profile, July 2006, has spoken on the 1031 Exchange at a
Lorman Seminar in July 2007, and has had an article published in the
Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey Real Estate Journal in March 2007.
